For your other two meals during the day, eat vegetables that have been cooked using steam. It is not hard for a person to make these changes in their meals and will help them to cleanse their body. For some people there are some more drastic alternatives. To do this you would have to commit to10 days on a liquid diet. It is something that should not be tried by anyone who can not commit to it.
