By eating healthier, you can have an influence on the other people around you, giving them some of the benefits that you will get by losing weight. Your family and friends may copy the habits that you are exemplifying.
Make sure that you have a reason, without one the road to lose weight is much harder. You can’t succeed if there is nothing to achieve. If you don’t have anything to achieve, then you don’t know where to begin and where to end. You could stop before attaining the needed weight loss. It is also important to set realistic goals. If you can’t lose as much as you wanted, it is harder to continue trying.
