Years go by, and our body constantly changes. The way we look, feel and act differs depending upon how old we are. There are things that we cause to happen and things that just happen. By setting goals, it gives you something to strive for and it helps to know whether you should stop or continue on your weight loss journey. If you know where it is that you want to end up at, then you know that you can’t give up until you reach your goal weight. You have to pick a way that is conducive to the way you live your life. You figured out why and how much weight you want to lose based upon yourself and the way you do it is your choice too. Even though others have used a method does not mean it is the method for you.
It is up to the person who has to live with the extra weigh to choose to get rid of it. No one but the person who needs to lose the extra pound can make the final decisions about the how, why and way to lose the unwanted weight.
